Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick butter
    6 zucchini squash, cubed or sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 can tomatoes or 3 or 4 fresh tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pinch oregano (optional)
    1/2 c. grated cheese or Parmesan cheese
    1 c. whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Melt butter; add squash, onion, pepper and celery.
    Stir constantly until squash is tender.
    Add tomatoes (if fresh cook a few minutes longer).
    Add salt and oregano.
    Remove from heat; add cheese and corn.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until lightly brown.
