Pasta Tutto Mare(All Sea) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
pinch of rosemary
8 littleneck or top of neck clams
1 (7 oz.) can minced clams with juice
8 mussels
12 shrimp, peeled and cut in small pieces
8 calamari (small squid), cut in small pieces
6 oysters out of shell
1 (7 oz.) can scungilli (conch), if available
3/4 c. scallops
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. angel hair pasta or linguini
Preparation

Heat oil in saucepan and add garlic and rosemary.
Cook until brown.
Remove browned garlic and rosemary.
Add all seafood, parsley and lemon juice.
Simmer for 7 minutes.
Do not overcook. Cook pasta al dente and drain.
Tos with half of seafood sauce and spoon the remainder over separate portions before they are served. Serves 8 to 10.
