Cabbage Patch Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Lipton vegetable mix soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. frozen, chopped spinach
1 large head red cabbage
Preparation

Empty package of Lipton soup mix into a large bowl.
Pour sour cream into the bowl, too.
Stir well.
Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and chopped spinach.
Mix well.
Core the cabbage head in the middle, scooping out the center, but leaving a solid portion to form a bowl with the cabbage.
Save some of the leaves and shred on a grater.
Add shredded leaves to sour cream and mix well. Spoon mixture into the head of cabbage.
