Summer Time Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 racks (6 1/2 lb.) pork ribs
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 onion, chopped
    12 peppercorns
    1 tsp. salt
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cook
    ribs
    in
    water
    first
    to
    make
    them tender and shortens grill time.
    In large pot or Dutch oven combine ribs, vinegar, onion, peppercorns, salt, pepper and water.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for one hour.
    Drain; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator
    1 hour
    before
    grilling.
    Prepare grill.
    Grill ribs 10 minutes, turning once.
    Baste with barbecue sauce.
    Grill for 5 more minutes.
