Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
