Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 level tsp. salt
    1 tsp. real vanilla
    1 Tbsp. Karo (overflow)
    18 oz. Peter Pan peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk together.
    Boil 6 minutes to soft ball stage.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat with mixer about 1 minute.
    Pour into buttered 11 x 17-inch pan.
    Cut when cooled.
