Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yeast cake
2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Into a bowl, sift flour and other dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk, then yeast mixture.
Stir until all flour is moist.
