Chicken Arlette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless, halved chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) square chunk Mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/8-inch strips
    4 tsp. butter (room temperature)
    1/4 c. flour (to roll chicken in)
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter
    2 crushed cloves garlic
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 tsp. parsley
    pepper
Preparation
    Pound chicken.
    Spread with butter, pepper and cheese, then roll up and secure with a couple of toothpicks.
    Roll in flour and egg, then bread crumbs.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter with garlic.
    Add wine; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve with fettuccine or noodles.
