Cream Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
confectioners sugar (optional)

Preparation

Press 1 can of rolls into a greased sheet pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour over rolls.
Press out other can of rolls and lay over mixture.
Brush on egg yolk.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light brown.
Cool completely before cutting into small squares.
