Island-Style Chicken - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 lb. chicken (boneless, skinless)
1 can Campbell's chicken broth
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 medium green pepper, diced
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks, reserving syrup. In skillet, brown chicken. Pour off fat. Add reserved syrup, broth, vinegar, sugar, soy and garlic. Cover. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes. Add green peppers and pineapple chunks. Cook for 5 more minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
