Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium red potatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into wedges.
    Toss with oil and add 2 cloves of garlic that have been minced.
    Bake in shallow baking dish for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 until dark golden brown and fork-tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
