Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch deep dish pie shell
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and Swiss are good)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (TBS)
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir in other ingredients and pour into shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Serves 6.
