Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter well.
    Add flour.
    Mix with mixer.
    If dough is crumbly, mix 1 to 2 tablespoons milk in.
    Press smoothly onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Good served with fresh fruit and whipped cream or ice cream.
