Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Place apples in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Combine water, cinnamon and salt.
Dribble this mixture over the apples.
Combine flour, sugar and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Spread over apples.
Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8.
