Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Blend in bananas and nuts. Sift flour, baking powder and soda.
    Add salt.
    Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating until blended.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool and turn out of pan after 10 minutes cooling.
