Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Mix egg, shortening and milk thoroughly.
    Combine mixtures and beat until mixed well.
    Grease muffin pan and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes one dozen.
