Caribbean Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 eggs, separated
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg to hamburger.
    Beat egg whites stiff; fold into hamburger mixture.
    Pinch off small bits and roll into tiny balls, keeping hands well-greased with cooking oil to ensure smooth balls.
    Place, uncovered, in greased casserole dish.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Pour mushroom soup over top; bake for another 10 minutes.
