Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. pumpkin
    1 qt. cream
    1 lb. Swiss cheese
    salt
    pepper
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Scrape strings and seeds out of pumpkin.
    Layer slices of cheese and cream.
    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Put top back on pumpkin and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
