Low Calorie Vegetable Dip Or Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. plain yogurt (for dip) or 1 c. buttermilk (for dressing)
    1 c. diet mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or a dressing for a vegetable salad.
    Makes 2 cups.
