Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. orange jello
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding (need milk for pudding)
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved.
    Add in oranges, orange juice and pineapple.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate until set.
    Mix pudding according to package directions.
    Add Cool Whip and stir until smooth.
    Pour over the top of set Jell-O.
    Sprinkle cheese and nuts on top.
