Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 heaping Tbsp. minced onion
pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13-inch dish, melt butter in oven; remove.
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add flour, milk and seasonings.
Mix well and add cheese, spinach and onion.
Pour into baking dish and bake 35 minutes. Cool for 45 minutes, cut into bite-size pieces
