    1 lb. Penne
    6 hot Italian Sausages, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Flakes
    1 Tbsp. Italian Spices
    1 1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese
    1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
    1 Chopped Onion
    1 lb. Sliced Mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
    1 1/2 cans Chopped Tomatoes
    1 small Head Garlic
Preparation
    1. Boil pasta.
    Drain and set aside.
