Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    5 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Saute bacon and onions. Add flour (make a roux). Slowly add bouillon cubes. Add potatoes. Simmer 1 hour. Beat eggs. Add sour cream to eggs. Add 1 cup hot soup mixture to egg mixture. Blend well and return to soup.
