Skillet Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. zucchini, quartered and cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 stalk celery
    2 small tomatoes, cut in eighths
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in oil until tender.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Cook 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender-crisp.
