Congealed Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. hot water
    2/3 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 large can tuna, drained
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. LeSueur peas, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Soften gelatin with hot water; add cold water.\tAdd mayo and onion juice; add tuna and celery; add peas and chopped onion. Pour into casserole dish and let congeal overnight.
