Crock-Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops or more
    pepper and seasoning
    salt (each pork chop)
    flour
    shortening
    6 Tbsp. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Flour pork chops well. Brown in hot shortening. Put in crock-pot.
    Add 1 tablespoon Italian dressing for each pork chop. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or in microwave for 5 minutes. (Kansas.)
