Banana Split Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 medium bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 large (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts
8 maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill.
Combine the margarine, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Spread on crust.
Next, place sliced bananas on crust mixture.
Spread pineapple over bananas.
Spread on Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Garnish with cherries.
