Ingredients

1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
2 tsp. liquid sweetener
6 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate (unsweetened)
1 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream Crisco; add eggs.
Then add sweetener and orange juice; beat well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients to first ingredients and mix gently.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
