Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. canned pineapple chunks
1/2 diced red apple
1/2 diced yellow apple
1/2 sliced celery
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Mix, stirring, the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar. Add this dressing to salad and toss to blend.
Serve immediately on lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
