White Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. corn syrup
1 c. nuts
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, sour cream, corn syrup, margarine and salt in pan.
Bring slowly to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil, without stirring, covered 3 minutes.
Uncover and
boil on medium heat to 236\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes, without stirring.
Add vanilla and beat until mixture starts to lose its glossy appearance in 8 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased pan.
Cool and cut into pieces.
