Oat Pancakes(Heart Smart & Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. butter buds
    1/2 c. wheat bran
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 packs Splenda (or sugar sub.)
    1/4 c. powdered buttermilk
Preparation
    Place dry ingredients into food processor and blend until oats, flour and nuts are incorporated into a dry mix. Store in airtight container.
