Sour Cream Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk, skim milk or yogurt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. regular or low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Place 1/4 cup of the milk and all the remaining ingredients in a blender.
    Whirl at high speed until completely smooth.
    Add up to 1/4 cup more milk (or more to your liking).
