Turkey Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
2 c. sliced cabbage
3 c. sliced celery
1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. turkey broth or chicken bouillon
2 c. cooked turkey, cut up
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Cook celery and cabbage in oil until tender.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, turkey broth, turkey and mushrooms.
Heat to boiling.
Combine cornstarch and water and to other ingredients.
Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
