Heavenly Hash Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized sweet potatoes, cooked and chilled
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. marshmallows, cut into small pieces or miniature
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel chilled sweet potatoes and cut into small cubes; add pineapple, pecans, marshmallows and celery.
    Mix orange juice with mayonnaise.
    Add to salad and toss gently.
    Serve on bed of lettuce and top with maraschino cherries.
