Ingredients

8 eggs
18 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 small glass whiskey
8 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. aniseed or more
flour
3 egg yolks, beaten (for topping)
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar, butter, whiskey and baking powder; stir. Add flour and stir.
Keep adding flour until dough has thick consistency (not too sticky). Add the aniseed.
Knead dough until blended.
Place in oiled bowl and rub top of dough with oil. Cover and chill 2 hours.
