Russian Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 lb. cubed potatoes (3 1/2 c.)
    1 lb. cabbage, cut in 1/2-inch chunks (6 c.)
    1 medium onion
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 lb. ground raw turkey, browned
Preparation
    Put water and bouillon cubes in a 4-quart pan and bring to boil.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
