Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour once; measure and resift into mixing bowl with sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add carrots, oil and eggs; beat at medium speed until batter is smooth and well blended.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in a greased 10-inch tube pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
