2 lb. red snapper or cod fillets, cut into serving pieces *
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. dry white wine
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
dash of crushed red pepper
