Southern Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    10 1/2 oz. can chicken gumbo soup
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in a little hot fat.
    Stir in ketchup, mustard and soup.
    Simmer until mixture has thickened a little, about 15 minutes.
    Spoon over toasted buns.
    Makes 6 servings.
