Any Day Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
dash or 2 of pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. milk
1 c. Stove Top stuffing
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
Preparation

Mix hamburger and egg; add salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Add onion, parsley flakes and milk.
Stir.
Add soup, then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and put in greased loaf pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Last 20 minutes, drain off excess fat and spread top of meat loaf with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
