Tuna Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna in oil
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Squeeze out as much oil from the tuna as possible.
    Blend tuna with cream cheese; add grated onion to taste.
    Mix thoroughly. Shape into a ball with hands.
    Refrigerate until served.
    May be rolled in finely chopped fresh parsley or chopped nuts before refrigerating.
    Serve with crackers.
