Homestyle Frank And Cheese Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. homestyle egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1 lb. frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, melt butter and cook onion until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and mustard blended with milk and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bring to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese until melted.
