Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers, seeded, deveined and chopped*
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed (about 1 Tbsp.)
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped finely
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes (in tomato sauce if possible)
    tomato paste (optional)
Preparation
    *Yellow and/or red peppers may be used; 3 medium, one of each, may be used.
