Coconut Cheese Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 egg yolks
    4 c. moist flaked coconut
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Using teaspoon, shape into balls; place 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden, about 8 or 9 minutes.
    Cool on racks.
    Delicious when dipped in chocolate!
