Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    miniature marshmallows (for topping)
Preparation
    Scald milk with salt, sugar, butter and nutmeg. Add potatoes, nuts and raisins. Beat egg yolks.
    Add to mixture.
    Mix well. Fold in egg whites and pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until set. Top with marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows are melted and slightly brown.
