Ingredients

6 pieces hind end chicken quarters or breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water
rice
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan with vegetable oil.
Put uncooked rice, cream soups and water in pan.
Mix well.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice and soup mixture.
Cover pan with lid or foil.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
