Taco-Mac Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (6 oz.) uncooked pasta
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. French dressing
5 1/2 oz. corn chips (cheese or taco)
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and cool.
Brown meat and drain fat.
Add taco seasoning.
Cool. Combine pasta, meat, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes and seasonings in large bowl.
Chill.
Just before serving, stir in dressing and corn chips.
Can also add chopped lettuce if desired.
