Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut (fresh or frozen)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, melted butter, salt, milk, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into pastry lined pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
