Ingredients

1 pt. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine blueberries, water, sugar and cornstarch.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Stir in lemon juice.
Serve warm or chilled.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
