Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 small onions
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can consomme
    1 can mushrooms
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pound flour, salt and pepper into steak.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Brown with the onions in butter.
    Add tomato paste and consomme and simmer 2 hours.
    Add 1 can mushrooms and the sour cream before serving.
    Serve on cooked rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
